DDBJ Trace Archive (DTA) is a permanent repository of DNA sequence chromatograms (traces), base calls, and quality estimates for single-pass reads from various large-scale sequencing projects.
DTA is a member of the
International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration (INSDC) and
collects the data in a collaboration with
NCBI Trace Archive and
EBI Trace Archive.
Released data can be searched and retrieved at the
DTA Search and
NCBI Trace Archive.
DTA is part of the
National project of integrating life science databases, and is supported by the Japan Science and Technology Agency
Institute for Bioinformatics Research and Development.
