DDBJ Trace Archive (DTA) is a permanent repository of DNA sequence chromatograms (traces), base calls, and quality estimates for single-pass reads from various large-scale sequencing projects.
DTA collects the data in a collaboration with
NCBI Trace Archive and
EBI Ensembl Trace Server.
Submitted data is uploaded from DTA to the
NCBI Trace Archive.
Released data can be retrieved at the
Trace Archive and
Ensembl Trace Server.
DTA is part of the
National project of integrating life science databases, and is supported by the Japan Science and Technology Agency
Institute for Bioinformatics Research and Development.
2010.3.21 (Sun) 18:15-19:00 DTA will be unavailable for maintenance
