The whole genome of an aus-type rice variety Kasalath is resequenced in depth (~40X) by using the NGS technology. Whole genome assembly is performed to generate a pseudomolecule sequence with the high sequence quality and chromosome coverege, which should serve as a secend reference of rice genome ..
