| Description | Azospirillum sp. B510 was inoculated to rice seedlings, and transplanted into a paddy field. Rice plants were sampled at 51 days after transplanting . Rice shoot (upper 10 cm of root) were separated and bacterial DNA was extracted using enrichment method. The bacterial communities were analyzed by 454 pyrosequence analysis targeting to V2-V3 region of 16S rRNA gene with barcode tags. |
