Construction Protocolextraction_protocol:ChIP antibody:anti-CTCF from Upstate (#07-729) For ChIP using anti-CTCF antibodies, 3T3-L1 cells were cross-linked with 1% formaldehyde for ten minutes at room temperature and were prepared for ChIP as described previously.[Wakabayashi K et al. Mol Cell Biol 29:3544-3555, 2009.]. High-throughput sequencing was performed by using the Genome Analyzer System (GA II) (Illumina) as recommended by the manufacturer.
