Construction Protocol | extraction_protocol:ChIP & Generation of characterization of antibodies for human PPARg and human RXRa was performed as descried previously [Wakabayashi K et al. , 2009, Mol Cell Biol 29:3544-3555]. For ChIP using anti-PPARg, RXRa antibodies, 3T3-L1 cells were cross-linked with 1% formaldehyde for ten minutes at room temperature and were prepared for ChIP as described previously. High-throughput sequencing was performed by using the Genome Analyzer System (GA II) (Illumina) as recommended by the manufacturer. |
