Project Description | To comprehensively analyze the expression levels, splicing junctions and mutations of the transcripts derived from Borna disease virus-infected human cells, we sequenced mRNAs of uninfected and Borna disease virus-infected human oligodendroglioma cells. In addition, to further understand the splicing junctions, the deep sequencing of N transcripts from human cells was performed. |
