Project Description | This study aimed to identify intestinal microbiota and metabolites existing murine experimental models of depression. We utilized male C57BL/6JJmsSlc (B6) mice subjected to sub-chronic and mild social defeat stress (sCSDS). The diversity of intestinal microbiota was evaluated by metagenomic analysis of cecal contents and feces. |
